1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 3pati website located at https://3pati.cam ("Platform", "Site", "3pati", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is operated as an online gaming and sports betting information service.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered account holders and any person accessing content in any capacity. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and registration on the 3pati Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. It is a condition of use that you confirm your compliance with this requirement. Providing false information regarding age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3pati does not represent that meeting the age requirement makes gambling lawful for residents of Pakistan. Age eligibility under these Terms relates to platform access conditions, not to the lawfulness of gambling under applicable Pakistani law. Users must independently verify their legal right to participate.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that it is lawful for you to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law use the Platform at their own risk. 3pati does not accept liability for any user who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud. All bonus eligibility and winnings derived from duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture and the accounts to closure without notice.

3.4 KYC and Verification

The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds or permanent account closure. Supporting documents may include government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method.

4 Terms of Use

4.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its Content are made available solely for personal, non-commercial, informational and entertainment purposes. Users may access, read and interact with Content in accordance with these Terms. Any other use requires express written authorisation from 3pati.

4.2 Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Past outcomes do not predict future results. By using any gaming features accessible through the Platform, you accept the risk of financial loss. 3pati does not guarantee any particular outcome, return or profit from gaming activity.

4.3 Platform Availability

While 3pati endeavours to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 3pati accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

4.4 Third-Party Content

The Platform may reference or describe third-party gaming operators, payment methods and services. Such references do not constitute endorsement of those parties. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as familiar references for Pakistani users and do not imply that those providers endorse or support gambling activity.

5 Account Rules

5.1 Registration Accuracy

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users are obligated to update their account information promptly upon any change. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify 3pati immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach.

5.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. The Platform reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts or to close inactive accounts following reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with the operator's published dormant account policy.

5.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform facilitates informational context around various payment methods commonly used by Pakistani users, including but not limited to bank transfers, mobile wallets and online banking services. The availability of specific payment methods, minimum deposit thresholds and processing times are determined by the applicable operator and are subject to change. 6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus offer, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement would require a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. 7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

7.7 Bonus Abuse

3pati strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover conditions; or the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using false, stolen or third-party identity;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or unlawful means;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without written authorisation;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users;
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion measure or account access control.

9 Intellectual Property

All Content published on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of 3pati or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public performance, republication, downloading, storage, transmission or commercial exploitation of any Platform Content without the express prior written consent of 3pati.

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use any trademark without prior written permission of the relevant owner.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 General Disclaimer

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10.2 Scope of Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pati expressly excludes liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from gaming activity conducted through or referenced by the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, failures or errors;
• Losses resulting from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions or cyberattacks;
• Reliance on any Content published on the Platform as financial, legal or professional advice.

10.3 Informational Nature of Content

Content on this Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing published on 3pati constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Users should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions related to online gaming.

11 Termination

3pati reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• The user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account action;
• The user's continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall survive.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The specific governing jurisdiction will be identified in the operator's published licensing documentation.

Users are encouraged to contact 3pati support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Where a formal dispute process is required, this will be conducted in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published by the applicable operator.

Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users should note that consumer protection and dispute resolution mechanisms available to them may differ from those available in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3pati reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where the Platform has your registered email address, we may — but are not obligated to — send a notification of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 5.4.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 3pati recommends reviewing the Terms at least monthly and before engaging in any significant gaming activity.
